Red cabbage

It probably says 'roughly chopped' in Japanese.

My favourite things to do with this vegetable is to braise it down with apples, onion, ginger and spices, then bury some duck legs in there and cook low and slow for 3 hours.

Also red cabbage coleslaw is a delight to behold. No cooking required, just fine chopping (much finer than this).
