Chicken and Date Tagine

The second attempt to expand my repertoire of recipes, using the Moroccan cookbook gifted by Child No. 2.

This was an excellent Saturday night meal of chicken and date tagine, with roast cumin salt and a harissa yoghurt dip.  Very 'moorish'!

The tagine was bought back from Morocco almost twenty years ago, when Essaouira was still largely a port city.  It is not suitable for cooking with, but great for presentation.  (Happy Memories!)
