Green Sandpiper at Old Moor

A visit with my sister today.  She’s interested in volunteering one day a week, so we went for a walk round while it was time for her meeting.  We’d seen the green sandpiper while we were at the Reed Bed end, but when we arrived in the Family Hide (which they’ve newly replaced) it was searching along the shore line.  There may have been more than one of course, but maybe not.

Zoom Tai chi in the morning and Zoom Camera Club in the evening with photographs from Mark who had visited the migrant camp on Lesbos last February.  He had some lovely portraits of people, but also a really chilling tale to tell.
