...managed quite a good walkies when I got back from work today. I think the blue sky helped :)

She caught up on napping this afternoon while I caught up with American Idol. Haven't watched it in previous years but any chance to see Keith Urban! This week one of the girls chose to perform her own composition rather than a cover version. It was pretty special I thought :) You can see it here.

In Lent news...turkey & cranberry toasted sandwich for lunch, tea will be stir-fried duck again, yum :)
