A lovely sunny walk with friend H and the two little doggies today. She will be looking after Charlie for a while as his 'dad' will be having open heart surgery on Monday in England. As we meandered around this lovely part of Jersey's east coast we found some interesting features in the local landscape as you can see!

Meanwhile in Cardiff, Daughter J is not feeling well. It is very hard being unable to do anything to help or comfort. As the city is about to lock down during her period of isolation, I don't think she'll be coming home for some time:(

Trying not to worry too much, I managed to break through a spell of writer's block regarding a short story I had almost given up on, for next weekend's Bristol Lit Fest. Have enjoyed writing the first half of it this evening.
