Lickey Monument

I last blipped the monument to Other Archer Windsor, 6th Earl of Plymouth on 11st May last year. I pass it regularly on my lunchtime walks and often take a photograph as a potential blip but, although it is quite an impressive edifice, it isn't terribly photogenic.

I timed it just right on my walk today. The light was perfect in the late afternoon sunshine, and the remnants of Sunday's snow still lying in the permanently shaded foreground add some interest.
