Notes In The Kitchen Cupboard.

Monday to Friday I fulfil the role of the Breakfast Chef.

Some ingredients are kept in the tall cupboard next to the hob and oven. Opening the door reveals the inner surface covered with notes and leaflets with a wide range of information mainly to do with diet and food preparation together with several contact numbers.

I should explain that the Artist model card is genuine. Apparently the lady is an excellent subject if life drawing is your thing.

The little village where we live has its own arts facility, and the opportunity to organise and hold classes is a possibility in normal times.

Dundee University has a very highly rated School of Art and other Faculties. Consequently the local areas has many practising artists.

I was a graduate of the School of Architecture when the facility was a mere College of Art.

When it merged with the University, I spent a few years as a visiting lecturer in Computer Aided Design.

And the "Pull Tapes"? Pulling them releases a fire blanket! Handy in case my cooking leads to a potential disaster.
