*sigh* My son swallowed a pin!

Just like the one he is holding up! We're currently waiting to go into theatre to have it removed!! So getting out with my camera isn't really possible! I asked him if he would mind being my blip and he said no worries and happily held up the pin! Why he swallowed it is a bit of a mystery! This is the same child that had concussion last week!
