Parked outside a house on a main road in a dull part of Newark today was this beautifully restored and sensitively customised vintage (or classic) Bedford Van. Coachwork by Hawson, it was clearly still in general use, with its rear loaded with assorted boxes. Just beautiful to my eye.

Brings the "Wacky Races" cartoon from my childhood to mind.
