Snapped

A beautiful sunny morning, chilly though! There was a light frost, and it was 2 degrees when I set out for my walk at Xwaaqwum. The fence by the side of the road down to the dock has seen better days, and most of it is in similar condition to the part I've blipped.  I liked the shape of the snapped end and the ferns and leaves around it.
FaceTimed with Kalyn just before lunch. It was great to see her and her teammates play last night, not as great as seeing them live but still great. We had a good talk about the challenges she's facing with her online courses but overall it sounds like she's doing okay with all the changes in her life as a university student.
