Pick A Place.

Whilst we are keeping ourselves very much to ourselves it is very refreshing to get out "and take the car for a run". Just the thing to do on the first sunny Sunday afternoon now that the clocks have fallen back.

Pat’s finger first fell on Forgan which was a little too local. The second pick was Leven. Now we decided to travel the byways rather than the highways.

We enjoyed the autumn colours and magnificent views across the Howe of Fife from roads most people never travel.

We visited Paradise and Star. We drove through the roads of Hill of Tarvit and Balbirnie House where the extra photo is from.

We drove over the Lomond Hills to Falkland. The recent winds had stripped the trees of their leaves at the Higher Levels.

We also explored the roads of Markinch and we never reached Leven. We had a great time.

We waved to everyone on the byways but we only spoke with each other.

Very much our own bubble and strict social distancing.
