Tiny hand

For the Emma Davies Camera Club I still have to capture a hand and a book as best as I can within only 4 shots. I've been wanting to do a shot of Jack's hand holding an adult's finger, but newborn babies are very difficult to  use as models ;-) They sleep most of the time and when they're awake they are more occupied with food/drink or clean diapers. I'll try again tomorrow or the day after ... here's the hand of a sleeping Jack

Remember that tomorrow's optional theme for Abstract Thursday is 'break in the pattern', in abstract photography patterns of all kinds can be great photo subjects but they do get more exciting when there's a break in a regular pattern. Join me tomorrow in finding an abstract pattern with a break or create it yourself by some editing or actual filter :-) The tag will be AT279.

We went over to Jack's home so that Mau could sort out computer problems with his brother while I could go grocery shopping with Fumiko, visiting the cheese shop and the fishmonger. Fumiko wanted to try more Dutch and other cheeses :-) And we treated ourselves also to a beautifully presented savoury fish tompouce, a sort of seafood sandwich looking like the traditional Dutch pastry tompouce, see the extra

Thanks very much for the kind comments and stars for yesterday's sticker :-)
