What a night

Freezing last night and had to light the sitting room wood fire! In August!

Today not better & fled to the forest for the evening walk before a dinner (extra photo) of Nüremberg sausages (+ 1/2 of Angie's cheese-filled thick Wurst), boiled 6 then lightly pan-fried potatoes and lightly steamed Kohlrabi with Creme Fraiche, both fresh from the garden. Made up for the weather.
