Sent the same copy sickness benefit documents to 3 DWP offices (1 of which showed no indication of being privatised). One DWP office subtly used their private company name in conversation, as they are prohibited from mentioning that).  

Watched an excellent monochrome Polish subtitled award winning film; "Cold War" a love story. 5/5
