The Joiners Of Japan

Following on from yesterday’s entry today’s Blipfoto features another two books on Japanese woodworking and joinery.

I am working on a couple of projects which will feature libraries using Japanese motifs. Library is rather grand, however both projects will feature rooms devoted to the reading of books.

Just the thing for Autumn and Winter, especially as lockdown comes closer.

Yesterday was Halloween, and we marked the occasion appropriately with a pumpkin themed menu and some alcoholic drinks.

We did watch Strictly which is always a visual and aural treat. Dancing is not really our scene as far as actively participating but it is something to see.

Lunch is about ready and I understand that a virtual cocktail hour is planned with the family of Mr and Mrs Dog.

Our next virtual get together will be to celebrate Thanksgiving. Hopefully this year we will all have something to be thankful for.
