LD 223 End of season

Cathleen was in the poly tunnel this morning carrying on the end of season clearance.   I nipped in on my way to chair the last hustings of the Argyll & Bute SNP selection and loved this lettuce plant, gone to seed and then withered.

I am also increasingly fascinated by effects and changes that can be made to images and I had a few moments after the hustings to  experiment before Zooming my elder brother who turns 70 today.   

Unbelievable (almost ) that time passes so quickly whether it be a single growing season, or most of a lifetime.
