Miles of Miles

Apologies if I've done this before. I'm not a jazz buff, but I love Miles Davis. Indeed there is a moot point about whether Miles was a pure jazzer. The main thing, it seems to be, is his lyrical trumpet playing, mostly economic, while others in his bands played the fancy stuff. His own voice was ravaged by illness, but his trumpet voice seldom faltered. It was his way of singing, which is why it was often so touching.
Martinski loves Miles!
