An Exquisite Day!

A walk in the Arboretum this morning - finally the trees are turning splendid colors - followed by a gorgeous afternoon in the garden. Got a lot of cleaning up done, although there's still a lot of plants that haven't succumbed yet. We still haven't had a hard frost - might be a while. The rain settles in on Tuesday but I'm sure we'll have a few nice days here and there. 

This begonia has appeared several times in my journal since May when I acquired it...it's now in my potting shed which is hopefully sheltered enough for most of the winter. It's such a beauty that I'll bring it in if it gets too cold.
