Road & Tree (MM354)

A clear sky at last! 
Gill wanted some plants from a local garden centre and this junction is on the way there.  I left it to near sunset in the hope of a little more drama in the sky, but I'll settle for those gnarly textures in the tree and the sweep of the road :-)

As I'm sure you know ... it looks much better large on black!

Edit: this is three portrait images put together as a panorama in Lightroom. Wish I had taken a wide angle lens and included the rest of the tree!
