Absent Friends

An event on the beach, or rather ten separate events with two-household groups gathered around fires for an hour or so as part of the Absent Friends events. The weather was wet but people came anyway and I was working, taking photos. As well as the bonfires there was a projected slideshow on the theme of 'Loss' and a couple of contemplative mazes in the sand. More fun than contemplation for these two youngsters I think.
