Doorstep colour

Walked into town to meet my friend. We went to the French cafe I discovered with my husband. Spent a pleasant few hours catching up over lunch. She gave me the new Graham Norton book as a birthday present which I am looking forward to reading. I don't usually get books as a present as everyone says they don't know if I will have read it or not! She said she had enlisted the help of my husband and son to find out if I had this one or not.
Had to do a supermarket shop when I got home. Made a start on my new cross stitch while watching Bake Off.
