Comfort food

A neighbor dropped off cookies today.   I decided we needed some of my good friend’s Birthday cheese balls.    Have just now (6:15) turned on the news ... when all else fails , there always another glass of wine!   ( also soup) 
Put over a frame of the huge puddles seen on our rainy walk.  

Fortunately we had a good diversion with Fiona Tuesday this afternoon.   She wants to be an actress who writes.  

   Of course we may not know anything final about the election for days.... I’m no less anxious right now.  We may end up watching a mystery tonight.
