Mallards Lake

Another beautiful November day. Misty, frosty start giving way to warm sunshine, albeit much cooler in the shade.

A good walk around Mote Park and Mallards Lake where today’s blip for Abstract Thursday was taken. Willows reflected in water distorted by the actions of waterfowl and inverted.

We spent the afternoon and the gathering dusk and frost at the allotment continuing to autumn tidy up. Still much to be done before we can put it to be for the winter. Dug the first parsnips which we’ll have on Saturday evening in our “winter warmer” soup stew.

Still no resolution over the Pond and it’s getting more and more acrimonious
