UNDERFOOT

This hall, stairs and landing carpet was probably already about 15 years old before I moved in in 2001. We were finally going to replace it this summer with something lighter and brighter and with an underlay that hasn't crumbled to dust, but the people supplying the carpet we chose were useless at communicating, and when we found they hadn't actually ordered it in after a month we cancelled it. At least this one hides the dirt and dust! Maybe next year...
