Legless ladybird

Quite a few years ago my wife gave a talk on ladybirds to a local biodiversity group. For some reason (that we've not quite fathomed) people started to give her ladybird themed things, she accumulated quite a few things over the year. She has always been too polite too comment, but she isn't particularly interested in ladybirds.

This back blip is one of the many ladybird themed things we acquired...! I think it's supposed to be a massage tool, but I'm not sure and it's just used as a paper weight to be honest... Anyone with any basic biology knowledge will tell you it's anatomically wrong on many levels, the most obvious being (ther than a few odd exceptions) insects always have 6 legs, this thingy has only four...!
