An Ilford filmstock sort of day

Some of us will remember the sixties, when we loaded proper film into proper cameras, when proper developers prepared proper glossy prints to put in proper photo albums. Mrs F and I were just looking through some of those.

Kodachrome was the most common filmstock then, but it highlighted reds and blues far too much, at the expense of all else. If I wanted a rural scene, with a balance of greens and browns, I went for Ilford, now long out of production.

Today was a rainy, Ilford sort of day.
