Flowering Shrub

I've no idea what this is. I like the structure of its dangling fruits.

Todays John Clare, really reflects this morning.

Dull for a time the slumbering weather flings
It's murky prison round then winds wake loud
Wi sudden start the once still forest sings
Winters returning song cloud races cloud
And the orison throws away its shroud
And sweeps its stretching circle from the eye
Storm upon storm its quick succession crowd
And oer the sameness of the purple sky
Heaven paints its wild irregularity
