two trees

This leaf was rescued off the car after it had been parked under the tree and I like the shape and colour. After wondering about a background for the pic I decided on the new laptop - though it would have been better if the leaf had been a maple. I think its a Quercus rubra but am happy to be corrected.
We were busier at Foodbank today so that kept me occupied this morning and there was the evening run with the group. The rain kindly stopped for us but it was warmer than we were dressed for.
