New York City Food Truck

Food trucks are very popular in New York City. This one is famous for its Belgian "Wafels." Whether you go for the traditional fruit and whipped cream, or opt for their famous pulled-pork and coleslaw variety, you will certainly be full of yummy goodness.

I find the concept of food trucks incredible, and if I were a bit younger, would love to start one and serve up something fun and delicious.

It was a perfect day in New York and Union Square was bustling with several of these traveling restaurants.

This one intrigued me the most, as they actually beat Bobby Flay in one of his "Throwdown" TV episodes.

That's pretty special in my book.
