Mum today

This little chap (he's only about 1 1/2" tall) was something Mum picked up at a bric a brac stall years ago. I've always loved his expression.

Today was pruning lavender, clearing sheds and then indoors to clear through the miscellaneous cupboard (shoe polishes, furniture polish, cleaning bits galore; batteries etc etc). Strange that I have ancient silver polish and the Brasso lid won't come off, I've chucked lots of polish;.maybe polishing isn't my thing!

Now watching the Masters first round with a glass of red. I think an early bed is in order!
