New Shops

We went up to a nearby locality, the divine Stockbridge and I’ve got to say it was rather lovely and almost bustley. So we strolled along one side and back along the other side. And there’s a new Dobbie’s so obviously we had to walk in, walk around and walk back out. With a coffee as you do.
Back to scrieve - page 35 and it’s still only early May. I’ll never catch up. 
And then.. the big one. The crunch game. Us v The Serbs. The final Euro ‘2020’ qualifying game. First half even Stevens, but the Serbs look there for the taking, not at all looking that intimidating. Second half, we really take the game to them. We score! We miss a sitter. We still deserve this but into the last 10 mins and it’s getting tough to watch. Legs going. And then 15 seconds short of the regulation 90 minutes, an equaliser. Iain Martin nailed it on Twitter: "Soon as that was a corner obvious that was a goal and Scotland doomed. It's like Shakespeare, but football.”
So, ET. And the substitutions have disrupted the team, we’re just seeing it out now, if we can. 
Penalties. Us first. 1-2-3-4-5! All netted. Their last man steps up. After this it’s sudden death. SAVED!!! SAVED!!!! Way hey hey hey!!!! We’re off to the final of a major tournament for the first time in 22 years! Almost makes up for a shit 2020. Party time!
