going home

end of a busy week for me. I'm usually part-time but have some 48 hour weeks which I'm no longer used to. Now have a week off , but don't think I'll be going very far :(  I was pleased to see the coloured lights were back on in the hospital foyer. I don't think they've been on for some while but it does make the place look a lot more cheery.  Current emphasis here is on giving staff the flu vaccine, hence the notice on the screen. We've been told to expect starting covid vaccinations at beginning of December and we need a 3 week gap after the flu jab, but I'm not holding my breath!
