Look through any window

A very wet and windy start to the day but lunchtime the sun came out, rain again later.

Couple of phone calls this morning then I baked a lemon drizzle cake and 2 malt loaves.  The sun came out just before 1 so I decided to go for a walk over the common, rather soggy but lots of photos taken. The main blip was walking down the High Street, then decided on the landscape and looking up at the trees/blue sky for extras.
This afternoon I went for another walk with S.  A. has just come in with some shopping from M & S and my son has just text to say that things are progressing with the labour and granddaughter is in hospital:)
