Australian paper wasp

This paper wasp was in the process of building its nest which is quite small, so far. I know from experience that they get a lot bigger and house more than one. I had several goes at this photo, because it's in a fir tree which is quite dense, and because it spent a lot of time with its head in one of the cells, probably because it saw me as an invader. Not the same if you can't see the face.
