Lebkuchenherz

I couldn't resist - had to buy the Lebkuchenherz when I saw it behind glass in the mobile bakery shop at the weekly market in Kaiserslautern.

Since my minestrone (after a recipe from my Italian colleague) is still cooking the Lebkuchenherz didn't last long after I got home. Still hungry....but not much longer.
