Elephant

Grey. Solid and hard to see through, an elephant of a day :(

We're now up to five days of being stuck in, it's hard to get motivated some days because of this weather.

Did another interview today, went well, I've got some difficult choices ahead.  Also had quite a few applicants for the apprentice role, an interesting mix of candidates.

Other than that I have no other news.
