THE KING OF RUST....

... if you follow my good mate Hobbs you would know how he just "loves" rust and grunge!

Well today was a superb fun time spent with David and one of our Blackheath Photo Group, Selena. David showed us the "hi spots" of Parramatta. Old and new..... we did it all.

A perfect day weather wise for this, and we saw the majority of the main heritage spots, plus some of the newer builds going on, for which there is millions (probably billions of dollars) being invested in all sorts of hi rise etc etc.

Part of the history of the area was the naming of the Countries first Naval vessels launched in 1910 in Glasgow England, Scotland, then served in service until April 1928 all around the World. 

I found Hobbs "salivating" over the rust on the memorial to this magnificent River Class Torpedo boat Destroyer.
