It was so good to get out in the local countryside this morning now that my boots have recovered from Saturday's walk, when wet vegetation caused them to get soaked inside. My own fault, I was too stubborn to stop and put overtrousers on!

At breakfast today we had torrential rain, but then the sun came out :-)

The rest of the day will be spent covering new plaster with watered down paint.
