Autumn Triptych

This morning Mrs madwill and I took advantage of some nice autumn weather and went for a walk at Fairburn Ings (an RSPB nature reserve near Castleford). It was bright and breezy, although we walked mostly along the woodland trail and we weren’t blown about too much.

Too many shots to choose from today - so a triptych it is - showing the colours of a gorse flower and some oak leaves. Also added and extra of a large fungus I found attached to the bottom of a sliver birch tree.

Dry hopped my latest batch of beer this afternoon - should be ready for bottling on Monday :-)
