Shivery…

…………………..Grass



I recently picked several stalks of this large variety of shivery grass from the sandspit area of Motueka, NZ.

It is plentiful along either side of the coastal walking / cycling path above the beach area and looks attractive growing amongst the healthy green wild grasses and weeds.

These are sitting in a vase on my bench and glowing in the morning light as it filtered through a kitchen window.
