Stone-age Wander

Started the day baking some bread - always a good start to the day.
Later we met up with Rose and Ruth for a wander in the forest. We had two goals. The first was to visit the stone-age grave area just a little outside town, the second was to stay in the sun as much as possible. We achieved both aims fairly well.
Today's blip shows Rose trying out grave number one, of the five in this area. It seems suitable because, unusually, there was a woman in this grave, apparently a person of some distinction.
We often go on walks together but then usually return to someone's house for coffee. In these troubled times we made do with sharing the outside, as required by the new regulations.
We'll be back tomorrow as Jan lost her sunglasses somewhere around the route and we'll have a hunt for them. The area to search in has been reduced because she has them on her head in this picture, but not in the next picture I took.
We did a big shopping trip on the way home, so we don't need to go to the shops for a while. As we were putting the shopping away I checked our cabbages stored in the cellar. They were all going manky so there followed a rather unpleasant hour as I salvaged them, disposing of some very smelly rotting leaves. Perhaps I'll make sauerkraut tomorrow with the good stuff that is left.
Decided to give The Crown a break tonight, after two evenings of British royalty. Maybe go for "Queens Gambit" instead, which is proving very popular in Sweden.
