Height Road.

Another blustery, and at times damp, Saturday. However, it's not going to stop me getting some fresh air freedom. 

A really lovely walk starting in the valley at Luddenden, climbing up through Midgley and up onto Height Road. It always offers wonderful views and, when windy, can definitely take your breath away! When you reach Old Town you can head down into Hebden Bridge, where a take away brew was had. It's sad to see all the little independent shops shut up with signs encouraging folk to shop online to support them. You have to hope they are able to make enough money to keep going. 

I've added an extra of some cute duck umbrellas spotted in one of the little shops. :-) 

It's Strictly time now, usually Blackpool week...but this year they're bringing the spirit of Blackpool to the studio...!
