Fluffy Snitch Tickler

Wanted to spend a day in the garden with the camera. After all, having to isolate for the forseeable leaves me with few options. Garden is full of plants who's names I don't know. I must find out. I have googled this one and cannot identify it for love nor money. RHS;BBC; general google search for silver leafed plants. Not a sausage...well I knew it wasn't that didn't  I?   Any suggestions most welcome. I'm betting it's something like Grassy Snot Thicket, or Little Lamb's Dickie Mint or something equally quaint.
