A day in the life

Living here is a constant reminder of a past history. I've been writing about archeological excavations from 500 A.D. and I've written about stone fences built in the eighteen and early nineteen hundreds to mark boarders.
Along my walk these road signs are still doing their duty. I remember them from before I was ten, but not when they were replaced by the new blue and silver ones. In those days I was probably happy to see them go and give way for modern times.

Theres been a lot of music making today but also time for a really long walk in the sunny weather.
