Shake-it

Went for an intense 2 hours bouldering session today before work. I fear I may be feeling it for the next few days as I think I may have pushed my body a bit too far beyond its limit! Ah well, no pain no gain! To help with my recovery a serving of protein shake is in order. This is the first time I've consumed the horrible stuff for a good while but decided to get back on it to help with muscle growth and repair. The taste is somewhat to be desired and the consistency is vile (supposed to taste like Strawberry). Down the hatch in one swift movement is the way to go!
