That's a Jay in case you were wondering. This actually quite large bird is a regular visitor to the bird table where there is an abundance of sunflower seeds. And you can see him here, cracking open one of them. Not an easy Blip to get as it had to be taken from behind glass. Open the door and all the birds are straight into bushes to hide.

A frustrating day for me - it was Workshop Day 2: The Day The Language Skills Disappeared. I'm quite good at German but today was one of those day's when I couldn't understand even half of what was being said. I find that a bit worrying.

However, I did not run from the room and hide in the loo. I stayed calm, smiled and took what notes I could. I am not giving up.
