Caught up with a few jobs, and have just watched 'Red, white and blue' in the Small Axe film strand directed by Steve McQueen, about Jamaican policeman Leroy Logan who joined the Metropolitan police to be a force for change but endured horrendous racism. I know how racist the Met were in the early 80s, because I dated a policeman. Strange but true.
