Mesquite Door

One of six sliding doors at the Ophthalmologist's Office, these doors were crafted by the Doctor himself. The wood is so beautiful. and the joinery is outstanding on these works of art. View large to see the fit of the little bowties and the detail of the grain.

This was a lighting challenge and if I had it to do over, I would have considered turning off the bright overhead tungsten lights that influenced the light from my flash or maybe used gels. I could also used a color calibration target.
