Let there be Light!

We had some nice sunny spells this morning but by the time I got round to picking my camera up it had clouded over...then this happened! Torrential rain and hail for about ten minutes but there were some nice light streaks on the patio.

In other news eldest had a phone call from the hospital, after someone had looked at his X-rays this morning they want him back for a cat scan...but first he had to have a COVID test and meanwhile isolate pending the result. Why they aren’t routinely testing everyone who shows up at hospital is puzzling but he managed to secure a test this afternoon and hopefully will have a result tomorrow.
