White Peacock

Keeping Fletcher and Tara from running through the  'unofficial' butterfly habitat, aka 'the weeds', at the DogPark is tricky! I'll get all set up for a shot of some tiny subject when one or both of them will come running over to see what I'm doing. Like they've never seen me on my stomach taking photos before, silly dogs! 
This small butterfly is called a White Peacock and it is especially fond of the flowers on a native wildflower called SpanishNeedle.
